1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel or personal care products for hygiene reasons
- Used or damaged items that are not due to our error
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please email Dancingbare406@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
